Unit includes hardwood and tile flooring throughout, built in breakfast nook, and large closet storage space: Heat, water, and trash are included in the rent, and tenant pays for electricity and internet/cable/phone if desired with laundry room on site. Storage locker included in the rent cost. We do not accept dogs, but cats are welcome.
